Chuck Holt is a lawyer and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He manages legal affairs for Investeco and its portfolio companies, as well as due diligence on prospective investments.  Prior to joining Investeco, Chuck practiced corporate/commercial law  at a Toronto-based  law firm, before which he earned an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and a J.D. from the University of Ottawa. For several years, Chuck has also assisted in media management at the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
